Summer rates apply to Labor Day weekend. Fall rates apply to Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's. The above rates provide accomodations for two persons in a one-bedroom unit, four persons in a two-bedroom unit, and six persons in a three-bedroom unit.  There is a $15 charge for each extra person per night.  Children 7 and under stay free.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of 50 percent of the total charge by credit card or check is required within 10 days of the time the reservation is made. All rates are subject to applicable taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit less a $25 handling fee will be refunded only upon notice of cancellation received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. Deposits for reservations that are cancelled within 14 days of scheduled arrival are nonrefundable.
