“Restful, comfortable, scenic…we love
this place! We didn’t go anywhere else in the county…walked
the beach, biked, swim and whirlpool, dinner at Donny’s!”

“We are from Madison WI. This is our second stay here. We
had our grandsons – Landon and Lawson. They enjoyed the trip
and the beach. We will be back again! Thank you.”
•
“We had a wonderful stay here. My honey and I for engaged
right outside on the beach. What a wonderful memory. We had a family
reunion here this week. There was a 50th Anniversary, a birthday,
and our engagement. We will be back. Thank you.”

“Hello! We came to the Glidden for our 20th Anniversary and
after my husband’s retirement from 25 years as an active duty
veteran of the US Army. It was a very wet, rainy weekend forcing
us to change our plans to a more indoor exploration! We enjoyed a
romantic dinner at the Glidden (our favorite) and breakfast at the
Cookery (highly
recommended). We had adventures of ducking/running through the downpours
into the unique shops Door County offers. Wine Trolley was a great
way to explore the hidden treasures. Hope to be back another time!”

“My husband and I are staying here for our 8th Anniversary.
We try to come every year. This is our second stay in this unit.
We love staying here and enjoying the view. The weather has been
perfect – 60 degrees. Yesturday we went for a bike ride on
the Sunset Trail in Peninsula.
Today we are headed back to hike the Eagle Bluff Trail. Having a
wonderful and relaxing stay. Thank you so much.”

“My husband surprised me with this little get away. The
view is very beautiful and we took several pictures. We enjoyed Cave
Point
and then coming back to a warm and cozy room and sitting my the fire.
We walked over to Donny’s which is real quaint and had a lovely
dinner. It was nice to just relax and this was just the perfect place!”

“…We had so much fun! Stopped at Lambeau
Field …on
the way on Friday. Drove to Fish Creek Friday night to get ice cream
at Not Licked Yet. We spent the day here yesterday watching the sunrise,
eating a huge breakfast, taking a long walk, hanging out at the beach,
eating at Donny’s
Glidden Restaurant, making smores…”
