Glidden Lodge Beach Resort is right next door to an outstanding restaurant that all our guests rave about. The restaurant is Donny’s Glidden Lodge (both the restaurant and the resort are located on Glidden Drive) and not only do they serve excellent food, they serve a really great cocktail too! Winter is Coming to Door County!!

The sun is bright but it is pretty cold here at Glidden.  Inside the unit you’ll be nice and toasty warm curling up next to the fireplace with a good book or enjoying a soak in the hot tub.  In the evening enjoy a dinner next door at Donny’s Restaurant a beautiful waterfront restaurant. Experience nature in Door County with a front row seat of Lake Michigan.  Walk along the shoreline to the nearby Whitefish Dunes State Park and just beyond is historic Cave Point County Park to view the limestone cliffs and caves.
